About the event
The Online Positive Birth Program (Hypnobubs) covers all that is required to help you look forward to your birthing day without fear. It will help you to understand the physiology of birth, the connection between mind and body and to acknowledge and let go of your fears surrounding child birth.
It is self directed, meaning you can work through the course content at home, at your own pace (yes, in bed whilst wearing your pyjamas is perfectly acceptable). The added BONUS of a 3 hour zoom session with me will help you to personalise the course, ask questions and clarify anything that you're unsure of.
